I found this at the used bookstore today and read through it. I'm really excited...I think I can tweak a lot of the ideas in here for my daycare, small as it is and not all pre-k aged. DH and I are also rearranging half the house tomorrow to double the amount of daycare space and give a dedicated space to the daycare. A LARGE dedicated space. If I can't fix the problems I've been having I'm going to have to quit

Looks like a great book! Glad you found it. I'm sure it will give you some good ideas!

I can't remember what the problems are(I don't always read everything here). Lack of enrollment? Children's behavior?

Good luck! I own that one from my K teaching days and it is helpful
And sounds fun with the rearranging! I always find that helps me eliminate some issues as well!
