    First thought I had is failure to thrive. Is this her first baby? She may not recognize that things are a little off.

        No this isn't their first,she isn't breast fed at home and she had no issues while pregnant. I'm beginning to wonder if the bottle is propped up for her. Both DH and I think this could be it.
