Interviewing Employees: What to Ak?

Are there any questions you make sure to always ask, or ones you wish you would have asked, when interviewing potential employees? I have 4 interviews set up so far and only 1 spot to fill.

BTW I made the mistake of posting on 3 different online yard sale groups on FB that we were hiring and got 20 responses in the past 24 hours! So overwhelmed!!

Nannyde - I loved your blog!

1) tell me about a kids project that you handled from start to finish?
2) how could your current boss describe you?
3) what age group is your favorite?
4) where do you see yourself in 5 years?
5) what did you dislike the most about your past job (this is one is the one that I've noticed with the younger generation, that they answer honestly! Nothing like hearing 'well my boss wouldn't let me use my cell phone during work')
