Help With Ad

I need to hire a new assistant (I have two part time & one is leaving).
I paid to post the ad and it looks so boring to me!

Here is what I am looking for - someone punctual (tardiness is a huge pet peeve of mine), creative, hands on, energetic, loves to be outdoors, hard worker.

Lunches are taken on site and paid. No sick or holiday pay. Possibility of a raise at 90 days then every 6 months (not guaranteed & I was thinking a .25 raise?)

Can you add pictures of your daycare? Like you would for parents? It's nice to see the environment.
