Since the holiday is on a Friday this year, when do u require payment?

Okay thanks. I get paid on Friday afternoon for the next week (so they are a week ahead) so I didn't know when to ask for it.

The last day of attendance would be what I would assume - so Thursday

I'm paid monthly so tuition is due on the 1st or the Friday before if it falls on a weekend. So tomorrow is my pay day.

Thursday is when I've asked for payment for the 4th.

My contract reads "All payments are due the last business day of the week. As always, banking is done on Saturdays"

That way any time there is a closure for any reason parents know the payment is due earlier than normal.

For those parents that arent paid on those days, I don't bank until Saturday so there is never an issue.

mine would be due Thursday. My payments are due the last scheduled day of the week - so a client who only comes Monday and Wednesdays payment is due on Wednesday, a M-F client is due on Friday but if Friday is a holiday or vacation day payment is due on Thursday.

I am paid on Friday or the last day of the week the child attends daycare. Since I am closed on Friday, July 4th, payments are due Thursday, July 3rd.

I have them pay on the last day of attendance for the week. But if a parent doesn't get paid until Friday I will hold the check until they get paid/my payday. My bank isn't open on the 4th but we can deposit it in the ATM and have it available immediately. Or we can deposit the check with our phone and it is usually available in a few hours (unsure about holidays on that one thou)

I always have parents pay me on Thursday for the following week. Partly because I'd forget to have them pay ahead when I was closed on a Friday, and partly because if they forget on a Thursday they can bring the check Friday instead of the following Monday.
