If You Could Double Your Space...

Let's say you've been doing daycare in a 150 sq ft space, and you were able to somehow double that space to ~300sqft. Your original space has a train table that currently holds a dollhouse, a block area, and a kitchen area. What would you consider the top 3 things to add in that new space?
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

Yep, free art area, reading area, and a fine motor - games/puzzles area.

The alone area would have a nice book rack, a comfy place to sit, maybe a plant or a fish tank or another type of confined pet to watch.

We have a 75 gallon saltwater in our living room! It has so many benefits! We are going to set up a small tank in the playroom with freshwater fish. My hubby is going to build a small plexiglass "room" around it for safety.

            Its a good read!

Yeah, we have a small freshwater tank in the living room. My toddler love watching the fish so much!

Books, messy art/play, alone time. I'd also expand the kitchen area into a bigger dramatic play area, if possible.
