Reservation Fee & Termination

If you charged a reservation fee for a child and after the first couple of weeks they are enrolled you decide they aren't a good fit, would you refund the reservation fee?

No, since the fee was only charged to hold their spot. You did what that money paid for which is simply to hold the spot.

Nope! The fee was to reserve the spot, which you did. Payment for services rendered, period.
