Looking For Contract Wording Regarding Bringing Children To Daycare Ready To Go...

I used to have something in my contract about bringing children ready to go for the day, and can't remember quite how I had that worded. It was basically children must be dressed, without a night time diaper on, and babies must have their first bottle given to them. If you have something like this in yours, how is it worded, and what do you include?
I have an infant right now that arrives and DCM hands me a bottle...which is getting kind of difficult to feed an infant right during all the morning drop offs :/

All children must arrive clean, fed and ready for the day. Your child will not be accepted into care otherwise.Thank you for your cooperation.

I forgot to add,I don't spell it out for rhem. They are adults, they know what it means.Send out a reminder and simply refuse care after that. It's amazing how fast they will get it!

I have something similar in my handbook.

But I DO spell it out.

It's easier to clearly communicate my expectations upfront than it is to turn them away at the door.

I agree that they are adults but disagree that they understand or know what "dressed and ready for the day" means all the time.

If a child repeatedly gets dropped off in the night time diaper or not fed, I will take time to address the issue directly with the family.

You really have to spell it out. I had 1 baby who arrived at 8 in a diaper that was last changed at 3 or 4am. Another baby arrived at 8 with the last bottle being given at 3 or 4 am. I always changed and fed (or at least tried to) my children before taking them anywhere - I don't understand why parents wouldn't.

            Here's mine

            Ready for the Day

Children should be prepared for the day, ready to jump into our schedule. They will arrive clean, dressed, groomed, and not in need of using the toilet. Mornings are very busy with arrivals and breakfast. There is no extra time for me to do these morning preparations for your child.

I also have a blurb about offering meals and snacks ONLY at serve-time on our schedule.

All children should arrive comfortable, in clean diapers/pull ups, and ready to have fun for the day.

Clothing should be safe to play in, free of fasteners, and FIT your child. Clothing that is falling off, too small or impedes their ability to play safely will be sent home or you will be asked to change them at drop off time.
