I have a question and would like some feedback please!
I have a few that only attend 3-4 days a week. They pay weekly. Lets say 1 family comes 3 days a week. In our contract it states what days they will come and how much they owe weekly. One week they want to switch days with what their normal days are like instead of coming on their normal day Monday they want to come on Tuesday. Ok I have the spot available for them to do that. My question is...do you charge their normal rate or would you charge their normal rate with the drop in rate on top of that?
