    Spam, Help!

When I first opened my center I was solicited by Kleritec, they offered to send us a box of art supply's for half off and I agreed and paid the 200 dollar bill off but told them I dont not want anymore of there things, because it was very poor quality and outrageous. Now they are calling 8 months later and saying that half our product was on back order and they would be sending it, and they also told me that I still owed half of our bill because the first box was only half off if I bought a box at full price. I looked them up on line and they are a really horrible scam company. I told them that I didn't want there stuff and they just kept telling me I already paid for it. I dont know what to do, I looked them up on the BBB and they are horrible and they just keep sending stuff and billing you for it, they have billed some company's for thousands of dollars. I dont know what to do with them. They are snakes and I dont want their crap. HELP!

I would do a search as I know this has been an issue for other providers on this board. I think you can refuse delivery. Also maybe contact your local police (non emergency number obviously ) and see what they say about the scam.

I found this on one of the complaint sites about them.

"...I would suggest you to call this number TFN 888-740-5065. This is some kind of Consumer Protection Service that gets refund for people. They will assists you regarding with your concerns. Maybe this number might help your worries"

I also found an old thread about this same company
Daycare Center and Family Home owners, Directors, Operators and Assistants should post and ask questions here.

Don't send them ANY money. Don't agree to accept more product. It's a scam, you know they are a scam. Tell them your company's lawyer will be handling it from now on.

Hopefully that is enough to scare them off. If not, just ignore them. They will go away.
