Dang! Another loop hole to fix

I am once again fixing my phb and thought I'd mention it here, since everybody has helped me fix some loop holes I've never even thought about.

In my phb I request payment to be made a week in advance on Friday.
Well......I never put in a time to be delivered by, or in the event that I close down on Friday

My dcp's are divorced. Dcm drops off, and dcd picks up.
And dcd has a list of offenses that he does on a regular basis, just because it's his character or to sabotage dcm....Who knows?

I took Friday off for my daughter's graduation from Jr. High and celebration afterwards. I announced this to all. So you'd think I wasn't going to be home....right?

I text dcm at 6:00 p.m. last night with a friendly reminder of payment due. At 6:30 she responds back and tells me she will contact dad to drop it off, and says she thinks he had already stopped by earlier.
By 9:00 p.m., I text back that I am going to bed, payment will be due tomorrow with a $10 late fee attached.

I haven't heard back and am now getting paranoid that this is going to blow up into another confrontation. Especially because next week I am on paid vacation, and am starting to wonder if this is also a problem for them.

ALL payments are due by 5PM on the last day of attendance for the week.

Or ALL payments are due by 5PM on the last day of business for the week.

I have the first one. I have a couple families that don't use Thursday or Friday so they pay the LAST day they are there for the week.

NO banking/check depositing is done until Saturday morning....regardless of when they gave me the check so parents don't have to worry about that.

When I close, I always remind parents that payment due dates are different for that week.

NEVER had an issue with it. I would NEVER allow a parent to come during hours you are NOT open. I think that is rude.

Your helping me from creating another loop hole.
I was going to write due on Friday by 6:00 p.m., or if the child care is closed for any reason on Friday, then payment will be due Thursday by 6:00 p.m. I can see the error in that now.
