    How to Stop This Habit?

Little 3 1/2 yo dcg is fully potty trained. When she has to go poop, it takes her forever. I'll run back and forth checking on her but honestly, when 1 child takes 15 minutes in the bathroom to poop I cannot stay with her the whole time. Nor does she want me to.
When she's done I'll help her with the rest of it. Three times now I've noticed she's gotten her fingers all over her mess(and she is a messy pooper) so her fingers are covered and so is my toilet seat.
The 2nd time it happened, I told dcm and she said she'd have a talk with her, I've been talking at length with dcg about it and to please keep her fingers away. She's a very strong-willed child and will try to do exactly as she pleases. It's exasperating but this particular thing she's doing is especially frustrating.
How to cure it? Any ideas? PLEASE and THANK YOU!

In this case I would stay with her, for now. And I'd try to set up the other kids close by so you can still be supervising them. Kids who are making messes (by accident or on purpose) are not ready to be left alone in the bathroom.

My son 3 just went through this phase! Ugh not fun! He would do the same, wiping himself with his fingers then smearing it on the toilet and wall. He was quick though, only took him a minute or 2 to paint my bathroom in poop! By the 3rd time that was enough! I made sure both bathrooms stayed locked so he couldn't go in alone and I stayed in with him. This was just a couple of weeks ago, but he has stopped (I hope!)

He said he did it because he wants to see his poop! For some reason kids are fascinated by poop

I would stay in the bathroom with dcg the whole time. If you feel you can not stay since it takes her too long, then maybe take her off the toilet after a few minutes and say ok, we'll try again in a little bit. I would not leave her in there for 15 minutes that gives her way too much time to paint!
