    If you have dc insurance and have paid for the year and stop providing care in the middle of it, can you get a refund for the months you didn't use?

    It depends on the company you are with but in most cases the answer is yes. Its called a "Pro-Rata" Refund. The company should pro-rate the refund and return any 'Unearned Premium" Back to you.
