Have you considered contacting the Michigan State Police? Might be a good idea. Hate for this guy to reach a teenage girl.

the center that I used to work at got calls from captain underpants all the time, he'd hang up when I answered the phone cuz I got mean with him and told him to stuff it. my boss tried to reason with him.....nope he'd call back just to talk to her.

Get a whistle. A really powerful one. The perv's are listening very closely for a reaction. Breathing, sharp intake of breathe in shock etc etc. It's what they want. They also find it fun if people get angry and agitated.

I was told a long time ago by a police officer to keep a good quality whistle by the phone. If you get a perv call....don't react verbally. Just blow the whistle HARD and long. It hurts like hell to the listener because they are not expecting it.
