First, the technical manual states outdoor play equipment cannot be above 30" without shock absorbing material-- but what about indoor play equipment like a loft? How about a bedroom with bunk beds? Thanks!
There's really nothing in the licensing rules about that, but personally if I had a loft (would love, love one) I would put up a barrier anyways or with bunk beds, a guard rail, just in case.
I would call and ask your licensing rep just to be safe.
