Receipt

I have a receipt that I have some daycare stuff and some personal stuff. Can I still use this receipt to claim expenses if I subtract off the amount with taxes of the personal items?

What "I" do is total the daycare items, add the tax, and then write that amount on the top of the receipt. I then record the daycare portion on MMK.
