I am doing it. I am interviewing to replace my teacher families. It really hurts because they are both great to work with and have great hours. But they have babies coming I don't have room for and by replacing them with older kids I will make more money (the teachers have a small discount as I signed them on when I NEEDED to fill spots bad) and do a lot less work (preschool is work, but not as much as babies!).
