      My 3 yr old dcb didn't nap today...out of everyone he needed it most he's been pestering everyone today, especially me! The good ol "WHY?" For EVERYTHING!!!! I hate it when I ask him NOT to do something..."why?" Drives me batty!

            Yes....the kiddos are driving my assistant and I batty today...crabby one minute and wild hooligans the next...outside time hasn't helped...usually that puts everyone in the right mood.

              To that I ALWAYS enthusiastically reply, "WE say YES MA'AM! " and it stops that really quickly. If I ask you to do something, say yes ma'am and do it.

                      Had a 3yo dcb come at 10:30 this morning. Didn't nap (big surprise especially because he's not a good napper anytime) and then dcm gives attitude to the college girl who was in the room. All I can say is she is lucky I didn't hear it or she would know why he didn't nap!

                          I smile sweetly and ask them if they are giving 2 weeks notice and remind them of their interview when I said no nap means they have outgrown my program. They ALWAYS backtrack like crazy......
