Will there be a repeat

So g-ma picks up yesterday and says that so & so will be picking up tomorrow . I tell her so & so is not an approved pick up , so her daughter MUST send a letter giving permission for so & so to pick up or I will not release dbc to so & so.

This is the same thing that happened a few weeks ago . I went over the whole not an authorized pick up , need a permission note , maybe add him to the approved pick up list .

So waiting to see if G-ma shows up this morning with a note giving permission for so & so to pick up dcb .
