Have You Overslept On Your First Arrivals?

It hasn't happened to me yet thank goodness and I have to admit that now that I have the new baby it's much easier for me to get up early. Usually I got up at 5:30 am to be ready for my first client at 6 am. The baby wakes up at 5 am so I'm awake by then now so no chance of me sleeping in now.

Oh my dear goodness..I wouldn't be able to function. That would be bad for my body..do you nap at all? That seems like such little sleep to me for everyday living.- Flag

No naps. I stay up until I'm tired then wake up when I'm ready. Usually around 330/345. I always set my alarm on my phone. But am usually on my second load of laundry by the time it goes off. If I nap I get migraines. Weird I know but I've never required much sleep.- Flag
