Speaking Of Sunscreen...Logs Anyone?

Anyone have a good log for sunscreen? I have to document when I put anything on my dcks and don't like clogging up their regular topical ointment logs with sunscreen, daily, all summer long. I had some last year but they aren't the greatest.

Wait, that says for bulk sunscreen. I guess you could just modify it.
