Recently I have had 2 potential clients that have just been so rude. Why? They are looking for care so why be rude? Thankfully they acted that way in the begining so I knew I was making a good decision to not take them. I just dont get it though.
They acted rude because they are looking for the place that will take them and put up with their high maintenance requests, excuses, and bad behavior. Good thing that isn't you!
