I bet your respected for that and run a tight ship- which is all good!
I don't necessarily get every client who comes to interview but I just want 12 paying kids that follow my contract. One thing is for sure....after my interview there is NO pretense, clients no exactly what the rules are! I don't even mind if they like me or not, just follow my contract.
