Ideas For Family Night

I am planning a family night for my dck's and parents
we have already done movie night and scrap booking night and also reading night.
Does anyone have any ideas what else I can do with them?

I like the idea of work nights when parents contribute materials to the program:

When my kids were into the circus and it grew into a several-months' project, I had a parents' night where we made circus supplies: some sewed costumes, some made hula hoops, some made juggling sticks.

I've thought of having a sew-and-mend doll clothes evening, too.

At a school where I once taught, we had a playground work night. Kids played, grownups planted a garden, moved a shed, built a stick house.

Depends on the age of the kids, but what about a game night? Previous poster mentioned a garden - definitely! And if you don't want to do that much work, maybe families can plant a little seed together in a container and leave it at the daycare to watch it grow? They could plant different things and you could track how each thing grows. Color bingo? Jeopardy where the kids and their families have to answer questions about the daycare? (Ex. Where do I keep Mr. Hippo?) That could be fun if the kids were older, because they would have the edge on the adults. Why don't you have the kids serve the parents "dinner"? They could prepare fresh fruits and veggies, cheese and crackers, etc., and "serve" the parents. The older ones could lead.
