To Many Girls..

The funniest part is my friend who lives a block away and has a home daycare has mostly girls! I think two PT, one boy who's an infant and one who's around 2? Oh and another PT who's 3-4. LOL she has a sibling set of girls, their girl cousin, another PT baby girl sibling and a PT toddler girl sibling. It's so funny! Mostly girls!

I've noticed a trend here in California were there are mostly boys. At the preschool I did my student teaching at they had 15 kids total and only 3 where girls in the begining of the year, eventually another girl joined that classroom and 2 boys left. And in the special ed class I am student teaching in now, there are 10 total and only 3 are girls.

I have 2 boys and one pt dcg. It works out fine they are all three and almost three and get along great. But I have only gotten calls from families w boys lately. If they actually start when they are supposed to I will have 5 boys and one pt girl! Yikes!::

I have 3 f/t boys, 2 p/t boys, and 2 p/t girls along with only 1 f/t girl.

There is really nothing you can do about it. Is mom upset or just making comments in a fun way? If she's upset, she should move on.
