Where do you have your changing table?

Assuming your regs give you a choice and you have one....though actually ditching it is an interesting idea I'm going to have to chew on....anyway....where is it?

I just rearranged my playroom during nap and used the changing table as half of a room divider (but I need to get something to cover the top part of the back of it if I'm going to keep it this way). I'm wondering if parents are going to think it's weird though...

I keep mine right outside the playroom door. I have a weird 7x7 hallway "room" that has up and down stairs, hall, playroom, hall closet and kitchen opening off of it. I have the change table against the only wall.

I don't think it's wierd to use any piece of furniture as a room divider if it isn't tippy.

I use the washing machine for a changing table. Perfect height, right next to the sink. I have a folding vinyl map that gets bleached with each use. Shelves above with cubies for each baby. I've used it for 15 yrs and never had a problem with licensing.

Hanging on the wall (fold up) in the sleep room 10 steps from bathroom and one hanging on the wall in the basement day care bathroom.
        I see little people.

My sister bought me a really cool folding changing table for my birthday. Then the health department comes along and tells me that I cannot change kids in the daycare room because I have to open a baby gate to get to the bathroom to wash my hands
So now I change diapers in the hallway. I have two lower cabinets with a countertop and then two upper cabinets. There isnt enought space for the kids to sit up and I cannot see the daycare room while im changing diapers but..im closer to a bathroom sink

The nice thing is that I emptied out the upper cabinet and put all my diapering supplies in there.

I use a fold up changing pad that came with our diaper bag. I'm not required to have a changing table set up. I just wipe it with a Clorox/Lysol wipe and let it air dry. I have a full sized one from the top if our changing table/dresser but I would have to use disposable paper liners if I used that. I've considered the fold up ones but holy heavy baby lifting and fall hazard. I worry the big 2.5yr old I have (possible special needs) would pull it off the wall!

Hubby built a very nice changing area, under the stairs, it has built in shelves for everything I need.

I have a large counter in the bathroom that perfectly fits a changing pad and the wipes containers. It's great because I can wash their hands and mine immediately after changing the diapers.

That's what I'm ultimately working toward...but they are pricey and I keep finding other things to spend money on ::

Our changing table HAS to be in our bathroom. The bathroom in my daycare space is literally 8' x 4' - it's a closet converted to a bathroom and soooo stinking tiny. While saving up for the koala fold down table I have now I used to have to change them on a pad on the floor. Eeeew ! Best purchase I have made in years. I got mine new in box with shipping on eBay for $125.

I have a shelf that sits on top of my washing machine. A changing pad with raised sides on top of that and a massive amount of receiving blankets. Cover the pad with a blanket, change, throw blanket in bucket with washcloth for wiping, wash everything at the end of the day.
