Make yourself a hot cup of something yummy. Take it nice and easy today. One thing I like to do is (weather permitting) take a nature walk w/ the kids- we move slow, look at everything and pick up the cool stuff that is scatterd on the ground- leaves, twigs, acorns, pine cones etc.... and then when we get back, put them on a tray to play with. Make art with them. Whatever... Just get some fresh air, some blood flowing, let them decide your curriculum.

OK you are a different story, don't listen to my advice to Bentley.

You get plenty of rest and drink water. I'm sorry to hear that you're sick!

I disagree. I think anyone feeling sick should get up and go for a walk outside or do some light movement inside. Regardless of how sick you are you should still get up and move for awhile to get the blood flowing and help the body heal itself. My advise is no matter the day wake at the same time, get up and eat/drink and get dressed. Then if you are really sick take a nap but try and keep yourself doing a little bit and keep moving.

I have those days too, today is one of them.

it's Mickey Mouse's birthday. I am thinking of having them make cards for him. LOL
