    nap wetting

One of my little girls is wetting her bed again. She hadn't done it in a long time and now it's starting up. The only thing I've changed is having lunch 1/2 later. Lunch at 12 and nap at 1. Previously lunch was at 11:30. The go potty after lunch and try again before nap. I'm wondering.....how do I word this???? If she needs to be able to have a longer span between the end of lunch and nap to get all her pee out????? She is 4.

And now another one wet......so I do think I need a longer time between lunch and nap. Thoughts? Experiences?

I would just have parents provide pull ups for nap time- it's what my potty trained DCG does. Of the schedule works well otherwise, keep it!

our lunch starts around 12:15- 12:30 and we nap at 1:00. They potty once between lunch and nap. One DCG usually wakes up twice during nap to go potty and the other DCG doesn't get up to go until i wake her up from nap...

        How much are they drinking??

They are drinking the required 3/4 cup. They both sleep soundly and don't wake up. I see the tell tell dark spot and hope it's just a butt shadow. LOL.

I would probably just do pull ups instead of changing your schedule.

Ditto. I have some 2-year-olds who can stay dry through nap, and some older 4s in a pull-up.
