Feast or famine!

I know we all feel this way! We're either full to the gills with calls coming in or we have spots to fill and no calls in sight!

Thankfully I am coming out of my recent famine, I have 3 interviews lined up (although 2 are for a set of siblings which I am really not looking for unless it's a really good fit). I have also had several other calls in the last couple weeks and an interview last week that wasn't a good fit.

I am very excited to hopefully fill a spot or two! I've had these 2 spots open for almost 4 weeks (since my last sibling set left)

You're so right, it feels that way sometimes! Right now I am pleasantly in between, but I have 2 spots open that I am trying to fill and no calls.

You are sooooo right!
I'm going on vacation next week & am getting calls outta the wazoo! I told them I will be interviewing for limited spots when I return. They seem to all want me to schedule theirs on the Monday I return to DC.

I hear you! It's like a mini baby-boom around here. My phone rings off the wall with calls for infant care, for which I do not have any spots and am not projecting openings for those two spots for 14 and 16 months from now. I need to find a couple of twos to add to the group, but can't seem to find them.

I agree! I am full now and keep getting calls, but back in sept. I needed to fill a spot and either didn't get any calls or did, but for the wrong age group.
