Quick question about 2wks notice

Does everyone require your families to give their 2 weeks notice in writing? If a family says they're pulling & use their 2 wks deposit, would that be sufficient?

Just curious, I may about to be bitten by my leniency....thanks!

I require withdrawal from care notices to be in writing.

I also use a form for the parents to fill out and sign.

I keep these in my records/files.

I too have a form, it's in my enrollment packet. One of my kids enrolled with it already filled in because mom is a teacher and is off for summer.
