Is 9 Eggs Enough For Each Kids For An Easter Egg Hunt?

I've got 108 filled eggs and 12 kids - so 9 eggs each. I can get more but really don't wannnnna!

But I don't want to look stingy or cheap either.

Mine have never done an egg hunt before and they each got 8. They loved it! You would think I gave them a gazillion cookies I was a big hit today ::

I have clients bring in 8-10 and then each kid goes home with an equal number. I only paid for one easter egg hunt and then a client suggested i have parents bring in eggs and I thought it was a great idea!

I think 8-10 is perfect! One year, I bought a bunch of 12 piece puzzles and hid one piece in each egg (every puzzle had it's own color of eggs). Then the kids had to find all their color of eggs to put their puzzle together. It was a hoot!

Make sure they have very small baskets My kids like to find empty eggs over and over and over.
