I am actually looking forward to this transition Monday! One of my families is on vacation this week, and another family's last day was last Friday - both of these families have 2 kids and 1 in each family was less than a year - so their transitions on Mondays were always stressful!
No short week for me, though. I'm jealous! -
I am closing early for an appointment, typically, my assistant is available, but she's out of town this week. 2/3 families decided to take the day off or make other arrangements since I gave them about 2 weeks notice on this.
Anyway, my one dcg coming is the one I described as would come in the event of an apocalypse. Just got an email a few minutes ago that she will be in late.
I only charge for hours present if I am closing early. So, I am basically open for one kid today (and my own, of course), for 3 hours... :confused:Comment

I WOKE UP TO SNOW THIS MORNING!! And yesterday I was wearing shorts!

I don't normally struggle with particular days but since I am on the countdown to our vacation (we leave next Wednesday), I am physically here but not so much mentally..
Mondays are usually pretty slow and low key as most my kids are recovering from the weekend so I don't mind the beginning of the week...however, if you ask again on Thursday/Friday, I may have a completely different answer.
