I got an email last night that it is now available for iPad, iPhone, Nexus 7 tablet, and some other things. You have to download the Early Learning Academy app. The entire site isn't usable yet but parts are ready.

I have had the app on the iPad for about a month now. I love it! I was so afraid my daughter would break the laptop. There are a few things that aren't available on the iPad but are on the laptop.
