Registered Daycare, Moving In July

I'm registered with the state at my current address but we're moving in July to a bigger space. I am currently taking care of my son only and will officially start in July. The approval process was a lot quicker than expected. My question is if I should have customers signed up by the time we're moved in or wait to get customers until they can see the new space ?

Looking for all kinds of ideas here, even 'crazy' ones.

I'd start advertising immediately (advertising a new location) with a projected opening date. If you start getting calls, you could do interviews and start getting clients lined up. I'm assuming;however, that most people are going to want to see the space before enrolling.
