I had a child who would sometimes wake after 45 minutes and start calling for me - and this was a child who normally slept 2 1/2 hours...I checked on him and saw his diaper wasn't dirty, and nothing was wrong. So I did the "shhh, friends are sleeping, it's night night time." And then would wait outside the door. Almost always he was back asleep within 15 minutes - and woke at normal time happy and ready to go. Hope you are able to get the child in a good routine!
I agree. If he is dry, feed, safe and alone where he won't wake them up then let him be.
