    My state pays different rates too...

    If you are participating in the QRIS, star ratings you get paid more.

    I think the differences are 15% more if you are 1-2 stars and 20% more if you are 3-4 stars.

    The base rate the state reimburses is around the same as what most providers around here charge so getting 15-20% more is an incentive to area providers to take state assisted clients.
