I hear you. I'm starting a 20mo next week and he has been at home with a 21yo nanny. I can tell he has been in charge and allowed to roam as he pleases at home. It will be an interesting transition for us both. I am curious to see how my current 2yo (who I've had since infancy) will react to his learning curve.
