For those of you who have a Private FB page...how long do you wait to "unfriend" parents after the child leaves?

I do not have FB page for my child care ( and no parents are on my personal one) , but if I did I would un-friend them within a week of them leaving especially if you termed them . -
A friend of mine who uses FB for her daycare never unfriends any past parents (unless they were termed badly) but she does keep her current families on one lost and the previous families on another list.
She then dictates which list see what posts/pictures/messages etc.
She says she never unfriends someone because she feels like just because they leave her program, it doesn't mean they aren't friends still. She says previous/past parents like to keep in touch still too.
The only people she has outright unfriended are those that were termed under bad conditions.Comment
