Grieving in the Childcare Environment

Is there any wonderful resources for childcare providers and there children who are grieving a loss?

Everyone experiences grief but this is a unique field were sometimes we terminate a family and if they have been with us a while and we especially loved the child it is beyond words to describe the pain for my little one and I.

Also it would be helpful to know how smaller toddler/preschool age children process grief.
