MMK And Not On Food Program

Can I add just one of 4 meal components? I was trying to add grapes for our am snack and it would not let me without a grain or drink? I am not on the food program so I don't have to follow a "plan" per say.

If you are talking about Minute Menu Kids, no, that program does not allow you to record what it does not consider a reimbursable meal or snack. In my state, the meal requirements are the same whether you use the food program or not. If you are not serving the standard requirements, even if you're not on CACFP, you are not compliant. Make sense? I'm really tired. LOL. Sorry.
