Most sensible advice... Blackcat, CatHerder, NannyDE. I live their reasonable but firm approaches. Also not making us feel guilty for not being able to provide one on one care. They make no qualms about what is and is not acceptable for group care.

I also talk with Patches all the time. We met on the boards, and live 2 miles from one another. We are actually meeting Friday night in person for the first time, our local daycare provider group is meeting for the first time. LOVE the friends that this board has provided me.

I met a woman on the board that lives a few miles away about a year and a half ago and I LOVE her. We have had a lot of fun. She doesnt get on anymore but it is so fun to make new friends here!
