I feel for the mom, but that's a lot to ask for- nanny, crazy hours for such little pay :/ Especially since the B&A care for older daughter is sort of hidden in the text there

I need a babysitter for one child during the day. My Soldier has tried multiple times to get a sitter from this site but the prices are to high for her she is only a SPC and can not afford 10$ an hour. We need someone who is ok with the price range of 0-650$ a month for full care. The hours range from 0530-1900. This is only till June of this year. Weekends are not included in the days you will have those off. She lives on *base housing* and has no car so the sitter will have to come to her house. She does have an older daughter who is at school most of the day and just needs to be woke up. Her youngest who will need to be watched is 4 and loves to play so someone who likes to go outside would be great. Parent does not mind sitter taking child to run errands and/ or other children being brough to her house. For more information please inbox me and i will give you her and my number. Please help this is an ASAP situation if she does not get someone by the end of the month they will be sending her kids back to the states.

Wait... the nanny has to be ok with receiving ZERO pay? 0-650? I'm confused

I think they're hoping someone will "volunteer" to watch the children for free, maybe?

There are some pretty big bases in Germany, and to my knowledge, there is support there for military families, including funding and help finding childcare?

Was that translated from German via Google translate or something? It's strangely worded, even if written by a foreigner. Also, who is writing the ad, I wonder. "My soldier" is usually a parent or a spouse, right?
