Making Flyers

I've decided to hang some flyers to advertise for my open spots. What should or shouldn't I include on the flyers? Any suggestions appreciated

I don’t know where it is but MV shared an excellent example of a flyer.

I found the thread for you. I made one similar. I posted and had to take it down. LOL! I received tons of calls. It’s a great flyer.
