I have a 20 month old who has yellow snot like discharge draining from one eye. Any idea what this is? Do you exclude for it?

I don't know what it is, but I would definitely exclude.

YES, exclude.
Here is the info sheet from Hennepin county that ALL providers in the state are suppose to follow.
It specifically says:
EXCLUDE IF: Purulent Conjunctivitis (redness of eyes and/or eyelids with thick white or yellow eye discharge and eye pain)

Definately some type of infection .
Blocked sinuses can drain from the eye , my dd had that once and she needed meds to clear it .
