how would you ask if they will be continuing care

Dcm told me yesterday dcd got fired and dcbs were home with him after her no show for drop off.

She said he had another job lead and may have an interview and he could drop off if he had to go in. I said yes just have him give me a call before he dropped the boys off. He never called . They were a no show today and I got no responce to my text or no return call.

I know this is the last thing they need is me needing an answer but tomorrow is also when they pay. So I want to know what they are planning.

I am not sure how to ask . I am very direct about things. I would just write " hi I was just wondering if dcbs would be here tomorrow. I know you guys are in a tight spot right now and I was just wondering if you would still be needing childcare."

what is your contract on this? are they required to give notice when they want to term care with you?

My contract says two weeks notice paid in advance.

He got fired tuesday and they had hopes for another job. I want confermation before I fill their spot which I can totally do at this point from my waitlist. I just waitlisted my firwt family two weeks ago.

I wrote her asking if the boys would be here today. And what their plan was. She said the boys should be here today abd that she told dcd t9 call me yesterday to figure things out.

I am guessing what needs to be figured out is the money they owe me and they are going to try and negotiate the price. They have always tried to get me to lower the rate. But I am not going to lower it and I can't afford to hold their spots for free until he gets a job.
