My dc families send me their schedules on sunday for the week ahead. If they are supposed to drop off at 5:45 but don't show up until 7:45 because dcmom and dcdad can't communicate well with each other, not my problem. They get charged anyways. Also I told them that when the weather is nicer and they have later drop off times if they are late they will have to track me down some where around town. It really will open up their eyes when it happens.
