Where do you keep yours? I change the kids on the floor in the living room on pads. My bathroom has no room for another garbage, so I have kept it in the corner of the hall by the laundry room door. Out of the play area, kids only walk past it when they go to nap. My last licensor was ok with it, but not sure this one will be since it's not "in" the area-10 ft and around a corner.

I had mine in the nap room, next to the changing table, but HAD to move it. It stunk so bad! I have mine outside in the garage now. I'm not sure if I would get cited for it or not, but the stench was horrible. I do put the diapers in a bag as soon as it comes off, and then transport it outside.
