I get almost all of my craft ideas from Pinterest. I do often change the instructions to fit my own ideas though. I am a craft nut. I love Pinterest for on the fly days when I didn't have time to plan the day before.

Me too, it's great! I often use it to get ideas and change it up like you do. Sometimes I have a creative block and looking at pins get the juices flowing! I also love that I can find math activities, science activities and other learning activities to build my theme. I like to use themes because it's fun! In my daycare we focus on learning through fun. It also helps the kids retain a little better since the theme is presented over and over that week or two weeks or however long. Once I choose a theme it is so easy to put the ideas together!

I agree. I now have three to four 3-4 year each day as opposed to just one or two of them so I started this theme thing just last week. So far I like it better then bring sporadic. I enjoyed having everything planned ahead of time! And I agree, I think they will retain the information better.

For some reason, I can access my pinterest on IE but not firefox, which is what I use most of the time. But I have nowhere near the great boards you guys all do.

Gee thanks everybody. Just spent 4 hours of my Sunday pinning and pinning and pinning. I do have to say I found some cool ideas for the SA kids for this summer.
