    Snow Days and School Age

What do you do differently for charges for late school starts.

I have a SA that gets dropped off at my house at 7am.
If there is a 2 hour delay do you charge a different rate?

For those days, I would make up an hourly fee chart and implement that. There's no reason that you shouldn't get paid, just because school is delayed. The amount that you get now is only for the small amount of time between drop-off and bus pick up - if child is there longer, you certainly deserve to get paid for that time.

I chagre $7/day for B & A care. When there is a delay or early release I charge an additional $5 on top of the $7. If there is a school cancellation I charge $10 more
