I don't know why, but with this dad I have troubled talking to him. I just say good morning and have a nice day every day. Nothing else....

you are so right. His quietness is very intimidating. I never know what to say to him. So what I started doing is just having the kids find their name tags to sign in and then now they have to sign up for centers. Parents are not here for that.

I will be sure to take BC advise and when we do our quarterly conferences, I will tell DCD he needs to encourage his child. I will for sure use the walking analogy.
