    he intimidates you-

    just talk to him like you would anyone else and don't let your insecurities get involved. Practice this daily, start off small- Let this one client be a learning curve to future clients like this. Good luck, best-

      you are so right. His quietness is very intimidating. I never know what to say to him. So what I started doing is just having the kids find their name tags to sign in and then now they have to sign up for centers. Parents are not here for that.

      I will be sure to take BC advise and when we do our quarterly conferences, I will tell DCD he needs to encourage his child. I will for sure use the walking analogy.
